Elon Musk and Golden Heard review details about their relationship in Walter Isaacson's new history Elon Musk. In the book, out Tuesday, the SpaceX organizer and Tesla Chief, 52, and the Aquaman and The Lost Realm actress, 37, focus on their sentiment, with which they went official in April 2017. The pair dated on and off in the months that followed, prior to separating for good in 2018.
Isaacson writes of their relationship in the memoir's "Rough Relationships" section that Musk first checked out the actress in the wake of seeing her in 2013's Blade Kills, and that they met when she visited SpaceX a year after the fact. "I guess I could be known as a nerd for someone who can also be known as a doll," Heard said in the book, while Isaacson guaranteed Musk had a good time with her in a Tesla during that SpaceX visit.
Among other tidbits about their dynamic, Isaacson said Musk traveled to Australia in April 2017 to visit Heard while she was shooting Aquaman, and that she once commissioned a costume to "pretend" a person Musk said she helped him to remember: Benevolence, from the computer game Overwatch.

While Heard purportedly confessed to Isaacson that the contention happened, she also shared photos and videos of their night a short time later with him, which Isaacson said portrayed the actress and tech tycoon sharing Another Year's Eve kiss. Of their relationship, Musk said in the life story, "It was ruthless." As far as it matters for her, Heard let Isaacson know that she still loves her ex "without a doubt," and added: "Elon loves fire, and sometimes it burns him."

Kimbal, 50, told Isaacson in the book that he thinks it's "truly sad" his brother "falls in affection with these individuals who consistently mistreat him." "They're lovely, no question, however they have an exceptionally clouded side and Elon knows that they're harmful," he proceeded.
Asked by Isaacson why he falls for these types of individuals, Musk giggled and answered, "Because I'm just a dolt for affection. I'm many times a numb-skull, however especially for adoration." A rep for Heard didn't promptly respond to Individuals' request for input on Monday.
North of a year after the separation, Heard told The Hollywood Correspondent in December 2018, "Elon and I had a lovely relationship, and we have a wonderful friendship now, one that was based on our fundamental beliefs. Scholarly curiosity, ideas and conversation, a shared love for science. We just fortified on a ton of things that speak to who I'm on the inside. I have so much respect for him."
